Have your say on early help mental health services for children and young people
Hertfordshire is developing a new approach to children and young people’s mental health services which puts an emphasis on prevention and early help, known as early intervention, and we need your views.
Currently Hertfordshire's NHS and county council's Integrated Health & Care Commissioning Team commissions early intervention services from:
- Step 2 service (by Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust)
- Community counselling
- Online counselling service (by Kooth)
- Safe Space counselling
We would like to hear everyone’s views on what services should look like in the future, particularly what children and young people think.
Please take a minute to fill in the survey here and have your say and share this link with as many young people as possible.
If you share on social media, please add #HertsCAMHS to your post.
We've teamed up with a group of children and young people to name and design a logo for the work we're doing to improve emotional wellbeing and mental health services in Hertfordshire.
They came up with 'Sound Thoughts', which we think is brilliant and really sums up what we're doing! Our graphic designer worked on the logo based on what the young people said.
If you’d like to get involved and have your say you can help improve and shape emotional wellbeing services for children and young people in Hertfordshire.
Youth Connexions Hertfordshire is working in partnership with NHS health commissioners to put young people at the centre of transforming services.
