Time to Talk Day 2017

Time and date:
Thursday, 2 February 2017 (All day)

Conversations change lives. This Time to Talk Day, let's get the nation talking about mental health and keep the conversation going round the clock.

Time to Talk Day 2017 takes place on Thursday 2 February. Why not get involved and start conversations about mental health in your school? You could have an assembly or form time session. You’ll be joining schools, businesses and communities all across the country, giving us all the chance to talk and listen about mental health.

Teachers - Time to Change has some great lesson plans with printable materials to help you talk to young people about mental health here.

Parents and carers – Time to Change has some good advice on talking with your son or daughter about mental health here.

Young people – Time to Change has great blogs about talking to people about mental health. There’s one here.
