Just Talk - talking shows strength

We all have mental health, just as we all have physical health.

A new Hertfordshire campaign aims to make it easier for all of us to talk about our mental health and seek help when it’s needed.

At the moment 70% of boys and 72% of girls in Hertfordshire think it’s ok to talk about their mental health.  We need to make it 100%.

Watch mental health campaigners Jonny Benjamin and Neil Laybourn backing #JustTalk:

CAMHS parent carer support programme

If your child is receiving support from CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) why not join a free six-week course, run by Carers in Herts, that provides parents and carers with skills and support to help your child and improve your health and wellbeing.

There's more infomation in the flyer here.
